Former Tropical Storm Debby has sped out of North Carolina Friday, Aug. 9, but it left behind a soggy and in some places flooded state.

Here are the rainfall totals through Friday morning (unless otherwise noted) as reported by National Weather Service offices in Wilmington, Newport/Morehead City and Raleigh, as well as Greer in South Carolina.
